As of January 2012, the beginning rate is $15 per square foot plus $3.50 per square foot for CTI (Common area maintenance, taxes and insurance) annually.
The building is currently an open shell.  Tenants will be delivered a "white box" which includes:

• smooth unprimed drywall demising walls (between suites)
• acoustical tile or open painted ceiling
• standard lighting
• restroom(s) to code
• HVAC

There will also be an additional amount offered for tenant improvement allowance (TI).
