As of January 2012, the beginning rate is $15 per square foot plus $3.50 per square foot for CTI (Common area maintenance, taxes and insurance) annually.
The building is currently an open shell. Tenants will be delivered a "white box" which includes:
There will also be an additional amount offered for tenant improvement allowance (TI).
